The v10 launch banner has run its course. Remove it.
Also bring podman.md in line with the rest of the guide pages (agent, k8s, swarm-mode) by adding inline mdi icons to the section headings.
VitePress's NOTE container doesn't escape inline-code angle brackets before handing the block to Vue's template compiler, so <container> was being parsed as an unclosed HTML element and broke the docs build.
