* Fixed almost all warnings in the project. Only lanuage warning remains for the bundle project due to weird AZ language detection issues.
* changed binding mode to onetime to avoid binding warnings

* CurrentThemeChanged event replaced by MVVMLight Messenger implementation.
* SettingsService.KeyBindingsChanged event replaced with MVVMLight Messenger implementation.
* Further simplifying KeyBindingsChangedMessage propagation.
* ShellProfileAdded, ShellProfileDeleted, SshProfileAdded and SshProfileDeleted events replaced by MVVMLight Messenger implementation.
